Sites have water but no electric. Northern camp was Dinosaur Nat Monument. Camps at the Jarvie ranch about 29 mi west of Gates of Lodore are run by the BLM. WATER but no electric. A very worthwhile adventure.

Looks like a nice place; will add that to my list for a short two or three day camping trip.
