Camping near Washougal/Portland

Hello all, we are planning a trip to Washougal Washington, 30 miles east of Portland for a couple days at the end of July. Just wondering if anyone knows a nice camping spot in the area either full hook-up or dry. A spot on the Columbia River would be great.

Thanks.

Thank you, that park looks really nice! Do you know of another further east? We are attending the outdoor Motocross and hope to avoid the traffic jam by camping up east of Washougal.

Portland RV Park/Sites | Columbia River Gorge, Oregon Facilities/Accommodations

We stayed here a couple years ago. Lots of residents but it was clean and quiet. There's another one a couple miles east http://sandyrv.com/home/4382290 that was more open with a "nightly" feel to it.

Turns out most RV parks are booked already for our weekend event. We are going to try camping inside the Washougal motorcycle park grounds with hundreds of other boondockers, should be interesting.
