what side of the park are you going to be on?

You can't take a Rig over going to the Sun road

We usually stay in the St Mary's KOA on the east side.

remember that going to the sun road has restrictions:
21ft long (single or combo), 8ft wide, 10ft high.
Few RVs few would work. Park transport is good.

We will be staying in North American RV Park for 7 nights starting August 31. This CG is close to the West entrance.

Their profile says they're from Kansas, so I assume the East side.

You have a "FR3" are you pulling a Toad? If not stay at either C/G on the East Entrance as they have Shuttle Bus service to the Park! Ride for FREE across the Entire "Highway to the Sun"! The Red Bus Tours are Very Special also! Youroo!!

if you are staying on the east side, your best option is St Marys. The NPS campground is great if you don't need hookups

St Marys KOA is where i would go if I was looking for hookups.

DW and I will be in Many Glacier campground boondocking the last week of August and first week of Sept. Its first come first serve after Labor day and there are only 5 or so spots up to 30 foot. So its really difficult to get a space there

This will be our 3rd trip there in 7 years

We stayed at Mountain Meadow RV Park in Hungry Horse Montana. Wonderful place would absolutely go there again.
