Highway 395

Has anyone traveled Highway 395 from Reno, Nv to Barstow, Ca, If so what was your experience? We are considering going that way in a 38 foot Georgetown towing a car. Thanks for any comments.

Was wondering about the road being wide enough, no switchback type turns and steep hills.

Thanks

I seem to remember that most of it is 4 divided lanes.
no switchbacks and no steep hills that I recall.
Semis use it all the time.

agreed, most of it is 4 lane divided highway full of semis, buses, rv's, cars, etc. there are small towns every 30 to 40 miles or so. won't be a problem,
