New camping for rv's

While here in Alaska we are always looking for new and improved RV Parks. Well we have found just such a park here in Portage Glacier just south of Anchorage. The park is called Portage Valley RV Park and is located jusy off the Seward Highway. Take a left and head towards the Portage Glacier Visitors Center, the RV Park will be on your right about three miles or so, look for the Blue Sign, it is easy to miss. The site is wide open with mountains all around, right now as I write this, snow is still on the tops of most and it is July 08. Very quiet, campfire every night at 6:00 pm, wi-fi, water and electricity. They also have a dump station and a pressure washer for dirty coach's and such. Very quiet at night, no trucks, no cars and no bears..
