Tetons to Yellowstone...where to restock

We’re dry camping in the Tetons (Gros or Colter) for 5 days then moving to Three Mile campground just outside the east entrance to Yellowstone for 5 more days.

My question for those who know that part of the country...is there anywhere to restock the fresh water tank and/or propane without backtracking to Jackson or going past 3 mile to Cody?

If I stay in Gros Ventre, going to back to Jackson isn’t to far but Colter Bay would be a little longer backtrack. These are 1st come, so not sure which I’ll end up at.

Any info or ideas appreciated! Thanks!

Coming through Yellowstone you can try Grant Village or Fishing Bridge. I know that I have gotten propane and water at Grant Village back in 2010.

Also check a place called Pahaska Teepee. It's pretty civilized.

Sorry I just now saw this thread. Colter Bay Village which is right next to Colter Bay RV park (full hookups) and Colter Bay Campground (no hookups) is right next to that. The village has propane, filling station, grocery store, laundry, and a restaurant. Everything you need you can get at the Colter Bay Village.

Thanks. Yes I’ve already been through there. We scored a walk up reservation at Colter Bay RV Village. It was great for us. And between there and YNP there were plenty of restock, fuel, etc places. I don’t realize there would be that much civilization. Thanks for the reply.

BTW, we’re still on a 6 week trip. In the Black Hills now, Badlands next. Great trip!!!
