Walmart Camping Experience in Utah

Haven't done much Walmart camping but this one in Page is very accommodating to RVers. There's even a free dump and potable across the street at the car wash back of the Shell station.

Fairbanks Alaska has posts with 110v for engine block heaters in their parking lots and the RV's are thick in there. Don't really need AC just a fan and keep the electronics up.

Never had a bad Wally World experience. If there are signs saying no overnight RV oarking, hust ask the manager. Usually it's ok.

We have stayed in a Walmart several times traveling from Ontario to Florida/South Carolina. We cant bring any fresh food over the boarder, so we stop in the Walmart, spend $200 to $300 in food and supplies and then continue the next morning on our way. I have a Champion 3200 watt inverter generator, chained in our truck bed, that runs our rig overnight (including AC) Regularly there will be 40+ units and some large diesel pushers.. yes it is about speed back on the road and not cost

Walmarts in St. George and Hurricane, UT

We just returned from spending some time in St. George, UT and during a shopping trip to their Walmart, noticed signs everywhere prohibiting overnight parking by RVs and trucks. We did see several RVs parked in the Walmart located in Hurricane, UT.

Reno, NV Walmart's ban camping. The city wants you to stay at their casinos. Go just south of there to Carson City and it's ok. The best Walmart camping though is in Gardnerville, Carson Valley.
