The little crossover seems to be pulling forward looking at the water waves, so it probably was in deeper water than before the pic was snapped. I bet the exhaust was under water there for a little bit.

its just that I have never seen a tiny car tow or launch a boat before....at one time the back wheels were almost submerged, but by the time I grabbed my camera he was pulling out...not strange to you but strange to me....I have seen many many boats launched before, but with a tiny car........always a first I reckon.

It's only a little 12' Jon boat. Doesn't even have an outboard by the looks of it.

That looks like a Mitsubishi RVR small SUV. Should not have a problem towing a boat that small.
