They have already been a lot of incidents at Yellowstone this year. Here's a report that I can't yet confirm.

Norris Geyser Basin was closed Tuesday afternoon 6/7 after a visitor fell into a thermal feature.

We are still waiting on more details, but visitors in the basin reported they believed a person was deceased from the incident. Below is an image of the emergency vehicles on the scene of this incident.

Death by scalding is a horrible way to die.

No remains to recover. Hot acid water will do that.

Place a large marble stand in front of it with a LARGE bronze plaque for his name and others who follow his foot steps.

that was 3 days after I yelled at some tourists for getting off the boardwalks. People continue to do this and they will have fences up on the boardwalks like they put on the walkways across bridges.

Its sad how may people think that the rules dont apply to them.

When I told a ranger, he stated that, " Sometimes, you wish they would burn their feet"

What a waste. The young manís name that ďfellĒ into the hot spring was Colin Scott and he had just graduated from Oregonís Pacific University on May 21 with a bachelorís degree in psychology.

I truly feel sorry for his family.
