12 volt problems

My control panel in my Rv has gone dead! I have power coming into the electric panel. If I check the fuses with a meter I have 12 volt from one side of the fuse to the housing, but nothing across the fuse. I think I must have lost my ground but I have no idea where it would be. The lights work but the drivers seat does not. Georgetown 350ts 2012. Thanks for any help. After rereading -- the electric panel is the 110/12 electric box and the control panel is the panel for water heater and slides and etc. thanks again.

Pull out the fuse and test it.

There was a recent post about some of these failing; they have a recall on them but no new parts yet. Don't know if yours is one of the affected ones.

The power for the slides is dead but the water heater works. The slide power will work momentarily. This makes me think it is a bad ground. The good news the slides finally went out before going clear dead. The bad news we can't get them back in to take it to dump the tanks. Also the state of Iowa has taken the dump station out of the I35 rest area that is close to us. Now I have to pay at the truck stop. Lol. Thanks for the help.

Attachment 140112

It is a 12 Volt DC, 40 Amp Single Pole Single Throw D87 Relay made by Hella in China.

Now I have no idea what it is hooked up to other than a 12 volt DC circuit.
Never seen one before in my rig.
