I believe I have the same one. Hinges on the left. I find it hard to open. Spot on the right that you use

There is a retainer on the right side. It must be pulled forward and pushed to the right. Then the main cover can be opened.

It was a simple run down house batteries.....I think my converter may be bad.

It took a few minutes of looking to figure out how to open......But has a snap on right side and then hindges on the left side.

Check your Ford owners manual, it's a Ford chassis block. One of many fuses supply power to the coach. I had the same issue & found a blown fuse.
