So, Here's what I found out. Called Forest River yesterday, spoke to April. She was great! She told me there is no schematic, however, at the water inlet at the toilets, there is a mesh screen that can be removed and cleaned with CLR as it has a tendancy to get calcified. She had spoken with a Georgetown guy and he told her that it is a known issue and that there are no valves on those water lines.

I have not been able to check it out and won't for another week as it is in a campground 4 hours from me. I am going back up there next weekend and will update this thread as to my findings.
