2007 Georgetown XL 378 - Saging ceiling

Does anyone know what is the best way to fix a saging ceiling. I was thinking about putting up some wooden trim work equality spaced. Lowe's has some even the same color as the ceiling. Any other ideas.

Like a cross hatch pattern? Sounds pretty good, even in a wood matching your cabinets. Believe expensive to have changed.
