Question 2008 Georgetown 374TS

The wife & I just purchased 2008 Georgetown 374TS last month, and this forums has been very helpful.

Will looking threw the lower compartments I came a cross a tool which I have no idea whats it for and was hoping some one could tell me what is.

Thank

Brent

I'm betting your Georgetown has 19" wheels and tires.

If you look carefully at the wheel nuts holding the wheel cover (hubcap) on, you'll notice there are 3 of them that are different than the rest....little dimples on the sides. These 3 are what need to be removed to gain access to the real wheel nuts and rim underneath.

That metal tool you're wondering about fits these 3 fake wheel nuts. Don't tighten them too hard......the tool is only made of soft metal.

That's supposed to be used to get the wheel covers off. 2 or 3 of the "lug nuts" hold the shiny covers on, but when I tried to use it, they wouldn't budge. I had to use a breaker bar...

Beat me to it kenandterry!

I bought a socket to fit as the bar is too flimsy and bends.
