2010 Georgetown 350TS Soft Ceiling

Has anyone had the problem of the soft ceiling coming loose and hanging air pockets? If you run your hand over the pockets, material will go back up for a short period and stay. Any ideas how to get rid of this problem. I believe the heat caused this problem.
