I have had my Toyo's since Feb 2016 and rolled about 5,000 mile son them.
Honestly I do not notice any different in steering.
They are build the same structure and ply and have very close load ranges.
My DW says they are quieter and I can't tell because I'm almost deaf.
So other than the dollars I saved I see no different.
