2011 Gtown Toad Turn Signals and Brake Lost

I hate to post a new thread because yesterday I saw a diagram of the under dash fuse box and a description of each fuse--but can't find it now.

Also, if anyone can decipher the multi-color tow wiring on the F53 chassis as it relates to standard tow wiring.

I've read references to a fuse box in the engine compartment. Does the 2011 have that as well.
