2012 Georgetown 327 this years new issues

We are keeping our RV at a seasonal site this year. We took it out of storage to set it up, ( we took it to the dealer in January to have a list of little issues fixed). So far the issues are:

Hydraulic fluid coming from the hydraulic power unit and from the front drivers side jack, ( a few years ago the whole system failed and we had to have it replaced at our expense). we pulled the jacks up right away. Are the slides Hydraulic, too?

The seal across the bottom of the main salon slide fell off.

The cable cover that runs along side the main salon slide and goes into the floor broke and I have to guide it in the floor as the slide opens. We had this at the dealer to be repaired and we were told it was fixed.

The captains chairs are peeling and Forest River told us too bad but no way will they replace the defect.

Does any one have a recommendation for seat covers?

We have owned a Winnebago and this Forest River. There is no comparison to quality and reliability. Sorry we sold the Winnebago.
