2012 Georgetown 350 awning won't retract

I'm on vacation and am having issues with the Dometic power patio awning that came with the unit. I haven't tried calling service yet but thought I'd post the issue here.

The awning is was fully retracted earlier and while we were sitting outside it sounded like the motor of the awning started running but nobody was in the RV.

Later this evening I tried to retract the awning and the only thing that happens is a clicking noise when I push the button. I've checked the fuse panel and didn't find a fuse for the awning. There were several fuses below the step that weren't marked. I pulled all 3 fuses and they don't appear to be blown.

Has anyone had this issue and if so, what was the fix. My guess is a blown motor but I was hoping for an easy fix while on the road. I am going to wait until the morning and manually retract the awning using the instructions in the Dometic "User Guide".

Managed to get it retracted although the directions were useless. We'll see if dometic replaces the motor.
