2012 Georgetown 351 Roof

Strange one here. I just went to look at Georgetown 351 (2012) and it appears to have a rubber roof? It was advertised as having a 1 piece fiberglass roof, and went I got up there it does not look like any fiberglass roof I have ever seen. Granted it was filthy. Looks like it has never been cleaned, and caulk was a brown dirt color. I brought this to the dealers attention and he said I am right its a rubber roof. So curiosity got the best of me and I called forest river and he pulled up the old spec sheet and said it was a 1 piece fiberglass. So I am curious to see what others know about this or better yet those of you with a 2012 or older Georgetowns roof material is. Of fiberglass, what happened here??? No visible water damage, no musty smell, no staining ect. The interior looked brand new. The coach had about 5k miles on it and they said was a 1 owner. Thanks

I have a 2011 gtown 280 the roof appears to be a one piece somewhat flexible fiberglass it is firm with no cushioning like on my buddy's pto? roof . I am assuming it fiberglass as we approach 5 years of ownership and 20000 miles never stored inside my roof still has a near new appearance . what ever its composition I am very satisfied with my unit. we are currently at the frog rallaye and forest river has preformed service on my out of warranty motorhome at no charge a new slide topper(old one was not taught ) new stair tread ( old one worn) and serviced reefer as it would not get down to operating temps on gas)

liven life in east TN and wherever my
2011georgetown280ve, and
2016 fordexplorer and hemi RAM

The roof was probably sprayed with rhinos or something costly to do, owner probably had it done because he was worried about It leaking. Maybe
