I think it's time to remove the outlet to make sure it has power from the circuit breaker. If it does, then you have a bad GFCI outlet. If it doesn't then you may have a bad circuit breaker. You can test that one the same way by pulling it to make sure it has power to one side. Let us know how it goes.

I think i Have a bad gfci switch..., to change it do I need to unplug batteries first ? Or switching the coach battery sitch off is enough?

That outlet has nothing to do with batteries unless you have an inverter feeding 110 volts to it. Just disconnect shore power and you should be good to go as long as you don't have the genset running. If in doubt, just flip the circuit breaker off.
