2013 Georgetown 337

After owning a 38' Winnebago for 8 years we decided to downsize to something easier to maneuver, but did not want to loose interior space. After months of visiting shows and dealers and researching many manufacturers, we bought a Georgetown 337 last spring. It has turned out to be a wonderful decision. The short wheelbase and 22.5" wheels allows us to go places comfortably that we could not before, like 2 lane mountain roads and state parks. I can even maneuver around parking lots.
And what really sold us was the super slide and King size deep pocket bed. Even at 34' it has more interior space than the 38, especially in the bedroom and hallway.
We now have 8000 miles on it, and just returned from a 5 week 5000 mile trip from Northeast Alabama to Arizona and back. With the exception of a faulty switch on the control panel that we discovered the day of delivery and a few loose screws, we have not had the first problem. We love everything about it. I often read stories about problems, but I wonder how many happy owners are out there that we don't hear from

Good for you Jim G
Sounds like you are enjoying travelling more now than before.
We are chaulking up the miles on our new rig I purchased April of 2012.
We now have 12,000 miles on the Georgetown and we ar ein Florida and heading home to Arizoan in a few days. A month in Florida was great!

Great to hear. Maybe what some of us have dealt with and sent our problems and concerns to FR didn't fall on deft ears. I never expected it to be perfect but there have been a few issues that should have never happened. Congrats on your purchase and to the Forums. Be safe and

Jim G, Congrats on the 337. DW and I both like the floor plan of that model. Probably would of tried to find a good deal on one if we didn't come across our 330TS which we love too. Good Luck and many happy and safe miles.

Jim G congrats on enjoying your rig. Had a few missteps with ours new in april 11, but as of now all is good, 16,000 miles and counting. Iggy you are gaining, got to hit road again, if the Alaska trip comes thru that should do it, 4900 one way, can not wait.

Congrats on your new ride. I have a 2013 Georgetown XL378 and also love it. We are full timers, guess there are some things in our rigs we all like and some things questionable but all in all they are all what you make them. Good luck and enjoy.
