2013 Georgetown Upholstery

Is anyone out there having problems with their upholstery falling apart? Peeling? We are having problems with all of our chairs and sofa.

Oh yeah.... Lots of threads on that issue. The "pleather" that was used is some really bad stuff. If you are lucky, you can get FR to have it replaced since the manufacturer actually created a very defect product -- at least in most of our opinions.

we fought for 2 years on line with Warranty dept. and got nowhere. Went to National rally in Goshen last year and they replaced Captain Chairs and two recliners with quality USA products, no charge.

We have a 2013 and ours is also flaking. It is stored in an enclosed storage unit so no sun damage.
