How's the travel? And road noise? I've always been partial to diesel pushers and I'm looking at going gas, the new engines, etc are supposedly quieter and ya can't beat the price

Our's is pretty quite, has good power and yes nice to not have to look for diesel fuel anymore. We love it and live full time in it. DW says yes it is quite or it would bother her.

Thanks for the info I assume you mean it's quite....quiet?
We're not even close to living in our TT full time, ya lucky duck!
We're just looking to upgrade in a "few years"- saw the new FR XL 377 at a show and loved it, hoping to find one used in a few years we can get a good deal on!
Happy trails and thanks again!!

Did a walk thru of them both. I'm partial to the 377. Just like the set up better.
I do like the 378 because of the dual slide it has a huge living space.
But the mid fireplace and L shaped sofa has us sold on the 377

Where u able to see the l shape couch or sofa in place of recliner option. If so do they turn into a bed

It has an L shape couch on one side and a recliner on the other (it shows the other couch as an option to the recliner here) the salesman told us both the L shape couch and the optional couch fold out to beds but that's not shown here. So I'm not sure. But we prefer the recliner.

We were able to walk around the 377 this past weekend at the Toronto RV Show. Nice rig for sure, and we liked the layout too. Our rig has the TV and fireplace mid-ship.

Couple of things.........

Any of these couches that turn into a bed are NEVER as comfortable as you'd like. You'll need to investigate memory foam additions, or maybe an air mattress option. Also, we noticed both the recliner and L-shaped sofa were quite firm just to sit on. This could be a good thing or not..........you have to really sit on them and decide for yourself.

Also, if I were sitiing on the recliner and watching television, I found I would probably want some kind of footrest. Not sure if there is one built in or you'd need to get yourself a separate one. Either way, you may find your own feet in the way of wathcing TV.

The other thing was that the model we saw had a residential refrigerator. This seems to be becoming more common in the Georgetowns, but you should confirm this will work for your needs. Residentials need 110 volts all the time to run. What source will you have to run this? Inverter, generator, plugged in?

Good points all....

The recliner comes with a matching ottoman (optional)
Haven't found a "comfortable" seat/bed in any rig yet... Always end up adding/carrying egg crates and/or memory foam for when they are needed
The 110 fridge can run off the inverter when in motion or generator when your "remote".

Now I just gotta wait until someone keeps their 2013 model 4-5 years in great shape for me to buy off them! It's the TT til then!!

Happy trails everybody!

Yep
Just hope when we're in a position to buy, we can find one we know we like.
