it was only the copilot chair, the covers from CW are great, we only have 8000 miles on the rig and i think i have almost rebuilt it. now the couch is looking really bad and i have never sat on it, the DW lays on it to watch TV, she's not very big. i'm thinking of dumping the couch in favor of a love seat w/recliners, anybody done that? we are at long point park, going back in tomorrow, freezing our axxes off, one good day so far.

I haven't had any problems with the couch. I guess I'm lucky in that respect. I have a recliner in mine and use that all the time. I would recommend that. Extremely nice here in Ca., but too many people.

I have a 2007 Georgetown and had the same problem
After the 1 year mark I got no help from Forest River
So I called Williamsburg furniture and bought
all new covers for several hundred dollars
and even those are starting to look a little shabby
I can't belive there still using the same crap for the furniture covering
It must be real cheap.
too bad for us
I will never buy another Forrest River product.

I'm with you jojo bamboo. Not only is the seat a problem, but the hydraulics keep leaking in different places and the hydraulic hoses are bubbling. I contacted Forest River and got no response, even though they admit using defective hoses. If something on this coach hurts someone due to defective hoses, I will start a class action suit since I have had correspondence with other owners who are having the same problem. I believe you are right about them using crap to make a motor home. A little attention to detail doesn't cost that much more.
