2014 DVDs play in black and white

I read somewhere there was a setting to change. We have a 2014 328

Our 351DS has a Toshiba tv with "media share" on the menu that needed to be changed. Try changing the setting and hopefully it will get rid of the b&w picture.

Select Component input on the TV. Composite input is using one of the connectors (green) from the 3 connectors for Component.

If you have a Furrion

If you have a Furrion TV, use your remote and press source. You will have a number of options that show up (TV, AV, Component, HDMI...) scroll down and select Component. Should clear up your B&W issue. Only way we found that, had the same problem.
