2014 georgetown xl377

Our georgetown doesn't have tile to the bedroom door which it did on the 2013, is this correct, because I was expecting it to go to the bedroom door.

FR seems to change things without letting anyone know. It happened to me on my 2013. They changes some standards and options. Some I like and some I didn't. If you are unhappy with the change, I'd recommend contacting FR directly. They are usually pretty good about making things right (from my experience).

Do we just go thru the dealer that we got it from? Or FR? How do we do that?

I went directly to FR for my issues. The dealers won't do anything without FR's blessing. So I figured that is was best to cut out the middleman. I talked to both Craig Fawsett and John Armstrong at FR. They were both very helpful.

Steve Stombaugh took John Armstrong's position as warranty rep for the Georgetown Line. Here's his email address.
