Another few options I noticed:

Lighter color front grille and color-matched bottom front grille.
Window on the front of the front slide.

Both are nice, in my opinion

Has there been anyone to receive the center console and do the install yet? Was it a good fit or was there trimming required ? Pics of the finished product?

We have added the center console, and it was a perfect fit and color match. I used double stick tape to hold in place. Sorry, I didn't take pictures, but it is identical to the factory pics previously posted.

Ok that's good to hear. I called my dealership and expressed how I really wanted this option and wished my early 15 had it. I got a call today and was told its on the way but it's three parts. Engine cover base, engine cover lid and food drink tray. So I am curious why it's three parts on my end. It was free so I am not complaining just curious what all is coming.

Wow, not sure what they are sending you. You should get the food/drink tray and two black cup holders that insert into the cutouts in the tray. Cool, they are giving it to you.

Crazy, I wonder if they're sending the doghouse cover as part of it? Not sure what the difference is between the lid and the base...ha. You'll have to let us know what you end up getting!

Awesome that it's no charge.

Very awesome for no charge! May have to try that on our early 2015....local RV show starts tomorrow, so I'm sure there will be some chatting there!

Update so I talked to forest river they said the reason that 3 parts are coming ( engine cover base, engine cover and cup holder tray ) is because the newer 15's have a higher profile engine cover. So supposedly the cup holder tray won't line up with the center console if I don't use the new engine cover.

The 2 questions I still have are I saw here before where Parrish installed just the cup holder and it was all lined up ?

And why would I need a new engine cover base. You mean to tell me they have a whole new base so the new cover won't fit with my old base?

Ordering the console was a brutal experience for me too. Black cup holders are $12. Each not a huge deal, but getting everything needed to make it usable from my dealer took 4months, and I had to modify it because I have the early 2015 model.

Well after 3 months of waiting I FINALLY picked up the arm rest and center console. As you can tell from the picture that I used in all of my communications it is not what I expected.

Has anyone been successful ordering the side arm rest cup holder and center console from a dealer? If so please pass on their information.
