This is the flexible power cord unit for the Bunk slide out. When you open the slide out it binds up, and appears to be broken or I'm not sure where it's attached. You're looking down, and the wooden box unit conceals the connector. What's happened and how is it repaired. It's still under warranty so we can take it back to the dealer but I couldn't see how to fix it. Thank you.
Ours doesn't bind. The power cord is supported by the rubber chain link s which are supposed to protect and roll the cord out and in. Might just need aligned a bit.
