2016 Georgetown 364TS Shower Leak

Our kids middle bathroom Showerhead will not quit dripping and it's rather fast. We turn the water off outside and tried everything under the sun. You guys have any idea where the actual water shuts for the shower is located? What can fix this?
Thank you again for all your help.

turning the water off does not reduce the pressure open a faucet and drain the pressure then take the shower faucet apart and and check the seats and replace or clean.

We pulled into a hardware store and purchased a cap to shut down off the hand held until we could fix it upon arriving home. We have the 2nd bath.
Thank You

Our shower unit was not caulked. At all. First time someone showered, we flooded the bathroom. Had to caulk it myself. Really don't think new units should come with this kind of oversight.
