Modmike, (I jumped to this forum as you recommended on other thread about sway.) I have a 2015 GT 364TS. I've done it all with only moderate improvement: track bar, front and rear anti-sway bars, steering stabilizer, wheel alignment, tire pressure check - all except except for CHF which caused OEM anti-sway bar to hit the frame in turns. But, you hit on a good point, i.e. Weight ratio. Fully loaded like we travel, I had it weighed. The results are 7,460lb (35%) on front axel and 4,640 (65%) on the rear. By FR's design, 80% of the storage is aft of the axle midpoint: two black water tanks, two grey water tanks, fresh water tank, water heater, 80 gallons of gas and large under-bed storage area. There is very little storage ahead of midpoint. So, how do I affect this ratio?

I'll save you the grief. Don't worry about the ratio. The best thing you can do is put 22.5s all around. You can probably get good money for your used 19.5s and wheels.

I really think thats the only thing that needs to be done to your rig. Too bad you can't borrow a set to be absolutely sure.

Just out of curiosity, what bolt pattern do you have? I think they are different so you should check.

Looks like the 19.5" are 8 hole and the 22.5 are 10 holes. You would need new hubs and other parts but one guy had custom wheels made. I also think he is selling them because he traded in for a new RV.

My 19.5" rims are 10 hole. But, before going too far, I'll send a message to FR asking if it's acceptable to put 22.5" wheels on.

Others have done it but what's stopping most people is that the 22.5" is 8 hole.

It's either custom wheels or new rotors, and maybe other parts. I am not an expert so hopefully someone will chime in here.

As to whether it's ok, I would rely on the fact that only a few early 2015 had the 19.5s, everything after that was 22.5 on the 364TS.

It seems that the 19.5 also has a lower GVWR. You might use that as an argument with FR of putting the 'wrong' axle on and get them to make corrective measures.

Again, I am not an expert and there are a lot on this board so I hope the chime in.

I was looking through something and was curious. What is your GVWR, 20,500 or 22,000? It should be 22,000 LBS.

Just realized I inverted these by accident. The 22.5" are 8 hole. There are adapters but I think you are better off just getting wheels equivalent to the 22.5 but with your bolt pattern. If you search 22.5 ford dually Alcoa style you may find some that fit.

Just a FYI. Google the Ford F53 chassis and you will see that the 22k chassis comes with both the 19.5 and 22.5 tires. Same GVWR. Be aware that the 19.5 tires have a 55 degree wheel cut, whereas with the 22.5 tires, wheel cut is only 42 degrees. So turning circle is larger with the 22.5 tires.

Great, then you should be able to do the upgrade and bring yourself to the level of enjoyment most of us get from our 364s.

I know you may feel a little bummed out about being left out of a few upgrades, especially so soon after your purchase. Don't let that make you negative on the 364.

I wished you lived closer I would happily lend you my rig to drive so you could try it. Good luck and let us know which way you go.
