On my 2015 328TS there is an under-cabinet switch by the door that controls power to the ceiling lights. I would check to make sure that it is in the on position.

If you lost power to all 5 lights I would think it is the 12 volt fuse at the panel or the switch is faulty that turns them on.
I'm guessing all other 12 volt light work? Right.
Here are a few pictures of the fuse panel in the bedroom in my 378TS.
Hope this helps you.

Have you called the dealer or forest river warranty to see if they will replace? This has been a big problem with the led lights. I have replaced 2 in my 2015 V lite under warranty. Dealer just shipped second led replacement last week to my home. You have to return the burned out led for the dealer for warranty. Not hard to change. Unscrew the light cover remove 2 screws and pull down on fixture to remove. caution when removing the led from ceiling watch out for the springs on the side of the fixture!!!! The spring will definitely hurt if they get you. I cut the wires close the the led light to give me lots of wire to splice new led wires to wires from old led harness.

Hope this helps Tim

You can't replace the bulb as there are only led diodes attached to a metal disk inside the fixture And there is no switch on the light. You turn 2 - 6 lights on/off with one light switch on the wall.

Hope This Helps Tim

I wonder what the issue is and I can't believe you can't just replace the bulb.

That really blows!

There was a factory defect that FR was doing warranty work to replace. ITC is the manufacturer, but the problem is much more widespread than they like to think. Our Legacy has six bad ones so far of the twenty fixtures total. Contact ITC; supposedly they will replace them so long as you're outside the one year warranty and don't mind installing them yourself (just two wires). Working with our dealer is terrible, so I'm riding out another month under the warranty, then going back to ITC.

LED lights arent' like your typical bulb with just 1 or 2 filaments. Often they consist of a whole array of tiny LEDs spanning the whole surface. It's not really as simple as changing a bulb.

Also they are designed to last a long time. Assuming there's not some manufacturing defect like in this case, it's not unreasonable to expect them to last 30+ years. It becomes less important to make them easy to change out in that case.
