And if that doesn't do it, you will have to simply remove all four bolts on the sandwich that holds the valve. It's easy to do.
You can either take the bolts out and let the gray water flow out or just loosen them and catch the water in five-gallon buckets. Once the bolts are free, you can pull the valve assembly out and see if the gate is still connected properly, and snake for a clog upstream if necessary. Re-assembly is easy. You don't need tp use new seals. If the valve is broken, they are available inexpensively on Amazon.
