most of these are not solar ready, to add a solar system you would first need to know what you plan on running with the solar.

as for the satellite sometimes they have a cable port up top but not always.

GT 378's have been sat ready since at least 2012. Don't know about solar (2012 isn't) and don't know if it could be special ordered that way.
