Make a cardboard template of the corner and then trace it onto the foam. I've heard cutting foam is easier with an electric carving knife.

Yeah they told me either a bread knife or an electric knife. I just want to make sure I don’t hack too much off of it hahah I think I have a pretty good idea from your pictures. I’ll take pictures of the whole process and let you know

X2. I've heard from many people the electric knife is excellent for the job. A lot of them custom cut their own mattress.

Finished. Had them cut foam 33”x72” then I traced the corner and cut with bread knife.
The 10 year old twin girls took a king size flat sheet and folded it over and sewed the fabric and cut it to size like a pillow case. Works great

We don’t have the coach here but it’s within an inch of the other mattress so I’m sure it’ll fit nice and snug.
