First, did you lower the wire arm so it activates?

If you have a fill tube, then you should not need anything else. Just be sure you have the ice maker set to on from the front panel and that you lowered the wire arm on the freezer ice maker so it starts.

There may be air in the tube so it may need to cycle a few times. Let us know how it works out.

I think it is different from mine. Do you have the model number? Is it a side by side or a French door?

Not sure of model number, but it is a French style. The DW just loves it. We can shop without ever having to worry about not having the room in the frig.

Just installed the extra ice maker as well (2016 364TS). I'm confused where the water for the ice comes from too. Our Maiden voyage is next weekend, I'll let you know if ice magically appears.....

I'm happy to report that the extra ice maker worked perfectly. All the water lines are already run and when you plug in the wiring harness for the extra ice maker it triggers the system to know to put water in it.

This is one of my top 10 364ts mods.

Yup, the freezer ice maker works plug and play. The ice does in-fact magically appear even though the water source is a mystery...Click image for larger version
