364TS Residential Frigidaire Ice Maker

So after three weeks at the dealership and a new brain for the refrigerator. It's still acting out. Have any of you experienced when the ice maker is in the off position that the dispenser or ice auger just runs on its own. The only way we can turn it off is by powering off the refrigerator and bringing the whole thing up. And now the dealership nor the warranty people have fixed it. Any solutions out there.
