Yep, hot water is plentiful now after turning off the bypass valve at the hot water heater. It was on which mixed cold with the hot water. I'll enjoy my first hot shower tonight in our new TT. Thanks everyone for your help.

You need to drive south a touch to Magic Waters road(right turn)and check the sunset from up topside.
