Smile 378 georgetown

We've been looking around for some time now at MH's and have decided the 378 is the one that will suit our needs. The floor plan is what really decided it for us. We're looking at years 2010 to current, used. Anything we should be looking for, or concerned about in regards to this particular model? Any information, or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Jon

Make sure the orange hydraulic lines have been replaced on 2010 and 2011's.

This is the first I have heard this. I have a 2011 that I bought in October 2011. Was there a recall on this?

There have been problems where the lines will have bubbles or blisters because the fluid has gotten between the outter orange cover and the inner tubing. It could burst and cause a big loss of of fluid. There are numerous posting throughout the Georgetown headings. No recall from FR or Lippert though.

Interesting, if we finally decide to go with a MH, this is also the one we like the best! We also really like the floor plan!

We looked at a 2013 new, MRSP if $156,000 but on "sale" at 40% off for $109,000. We just don't want to pay that much, so found a 2009 at 69,000, (about 20,000 miles) decided we'd offer even lower!

So same question for us!

We live in our 2013 378 and love it. The bedroom is tight but we love the rest of the floor plan.
