Congrats to both of you. we also have the 378 and think its the best. We have traveled accross the country with it and have had very little problems. What ones we did have Forest River took care of them the first year.

Good Luck to both of you on your new purchase. We have a 2008 378 XL and are quite please with it. We bought it new from Colerain RV in Cinn. OH. Right off their lot. I seen it on e-bay haggled a little back and forth, reached an agreement over the phone and then went to pick it up. I think is was April 26, 2008 .....You can't beat the bang for the buck, RV to RV
Again Good Luck with your purchases...

I'm retired Boeing, 12 years ago (Everett) and we have an 02 GT 325S and just love it. One caution - FR is one of the worst companies I've ever come across for vague, useless documentation. They seem to have a generic owner's manual (which we got from the original owner of our rig when we bought it) and I can't find any details on systems or operation details. It covers just about every MH they make but doesn't actually tell you anything. Having been a technical writer for the kite factory, it just bugs me when someone wastes the paper for virtually no benefit. I suppose I could light my next campfire with it.
My recommendation is to do a reall detailed walk-through. Start, operate and stop evey system on the rig and make a video. The only thing that's saved our sanity is that almost everything not actually made by FR has its own handbook from its manufacturer - even the manually adjustable rear view mirrors!

Hi there
Just bought the same unit of the lot at an Alberta Canada dealer. We LOVE it although a few little problems. Sounds like there should be no trouble having issues dealt with by what I am seeing & hearing here. Bought it in May and have spent nearly two whole weeks in it.
