68" HIDE-A-BED question

Quick survey for anyone with a 68" HIDE-A-BED regardless of what model of Georgetown motorhome......

Is your bed part, a thin spring mattress or a factory equipped air-inflated matress?

Inquring minds need to know.

Thanks

We have a 2002 326ds. I don't know if it is the 68" but it does have the VERY thin mattress. I don't think the PO ever used it because the end curls from being folded so long. We may sleep one person on the couch wthout unfolding since it takes so much floor space.

Our 2012 had an air mattress, then it had another one.

We'll be getting a higher quality one this spring.
Not sure if they were 68" but it is a hide-a-bed.

Our 2013 XL 350TS has a thin spring mattress. It's as comfortable as sleeping on a ladder.

We replaced our couch with this convertable couch, this way the kids have their own bunk.

I had the hide-a-bed with a real mattress and replaced it with a wall hugger double recliner.
Here is the original and the replacement. Sold the hide-a-bed for $400 to someone local.

Iggy......

I know you have the Georgetown 378 so I don't know what size sofa it came with versus mine. My hide-away is 68 inches wide. In your photos I see you have space for a studio chair alongside the sofa or recliners. What width was your sofa or what is the width of your recliners?

Our '05 has the thin torture rack mattress. We plan to replace with a custom double recliner from a company in the Goshen IN area this summer. We use blow up mattresses when the grand sons go with us. Otherwise it is a two person trip....
