A/C cycle time

While in Key West both A/C units died. After a long wait the RV service center received 2 new Dometic DuoTherm Penguin 13.5 units. We also had the old analog thermostats replaced with digital units.
They will run most of the day, temps in the high 80s, high humidity. Easy to keep the bedroom in the low 70s. the front runs at about 75.
At night temp 78 to 82, high humidity. Both units run for 2 to 5 mins and then go off for 3 to 5 mins. over and over, all night long. Both bedroom, and front hold at 72 all night.
Is this normal? I'm concerned with them cycling on and off all night.
