On mine which is on a Ford chassis I called Ford. The reason being is that if you look under your warrenty or more specifically if you have your Ford window label it says that you have a bumper to bumper 3 year warrenty. They told me to take it to a Ford dealership that could handle RV's ( they gave me a list in my area ).
I did and they repaired my dash A/c under warrenty at no charge.
Love the no charge part !

That's good to hear. I figured it was added by FR but I guess it's shipped with the Chassis so Ford is covering it. Thanks for the info.
