A Little Help Please

In June of 2017 I purchased a 2018 Georgetown 5 Series 31L5. In July of 2018 I undertook a 2500 mile trip from California to Yellowstone. During the trip the small plastic clip/guide that is screwed to the floor between the bathroom and the bedroom collapsed during the drive causing the sliding door's guide to pull all of its very short screws free from the ceiling. Absent the floor guide I am unable to repair the door that is now out of warranty. So far calls to my dealer and to Forrest River have not been successful. Any help or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

I had something similar. I reinstalled twice track by drilling new hole and adding additional screws. I also reinforced the broken guide but mine is wood.
