About to buy a new 2012 Gergetown 360

I'm about to purchase a new 2012 360 we like the bath & 1/2 and King bed floor-plan.

Is there anybody out there that has one or similar that can give me some advise/suggestions good or bad? Pros & cons?

Price range?

all your comments are greatly appreciated.

Your model was considered when looking. Loved the King bed and the 1 1/2 bath but my DW like the 378TS better with the big TV and fireplace.
I pick mine up Monday 4/16/12

Make sure the thermostats have been changed.
We bought our 2012 last August and it was 105*.
The dealer had it nice and cool inside.
After we got home it sat for a couple of days and was over 100 inside.
These thermostats can’t read the first digit a 3 digit temperature. SO they think its 0, 1 or 2* inside and DO NOT turn the AC on.

Our fresh water tank was/is full of shavings from when they cut all the holes.
We didn’t install the water filter until the second trip.
ALL the screens in ALL the faucets, sink (not the one where the water comes out, the one under the sink where the flex hose connects) commodes and shower clogged.

Other than a few small issues with our unit.
We’re enjoying ours.

Performing the suspension mod has made it enjoyable to drive.

Price… We bought ours at Motor Home Specialist

I have a 2011 360 and after got the bugs out we are enjoying it very much. My issues were the hanger in the closet was poorly installed and all our clothes fell to bottom first trip out, fixed now. the towel bars and the ornate metal art screwed into luan, had that fixed with hollow wall anchors. love every thing except the awning is so high that you have to use a ladder to adjust for rain. Cannot beat the bath and half with grand kids or if both need bath same time. I really like mine now, will change the cheap curtains in bed room and made an eyeglass stand for bedside. Enjoy yours the ford is tough and miles per are about what you expect, I get on average 7.8-8mpg towing a 2001 Saturn. Hope this helps.

Thanks abjb for the advise about the garbage in the fresh water tank. I suspect I will have to do that after awhile. How did you override the termostat whenit was over 100 degrees?

I was wondering if anyone would ask about the ac.
I’m mechanically inclined. A little
I had a stroke of genus. Probably not
I've been around electronics since before it was electronic. Good answer

Those goofy thermostats (both of them) kept flashing the same error code.

I got a zip lock bag of ice and held in against the thermostat for a few minutes, and sure enough the ac started working. Did the same to the other = happy camper (DW ).

A few weeks later at the dealer..
He said “UH yea THAT ERROR code Forest River says to change… sorry!”
