AC question

We have 369 ds Georgetown. On shore power both AC units operate. When on generator only rear AC operates. Any ideas why front AC will not operate. There is power to the lights on the thermostat but it will not kick on.

Just a couple of things to check:
The AC’s run on 2 different legs of power, look at the generator and make sure both breakers are on.
Make sure the fan is set to Auto on the AC thermometer

Has it ever worked? Is the generator big enough to handle the current draw of both A/C's at the same time?

if you have a 50amp coach, then both will work on 50amp shore power, but if your generator is not large enough(amps), then it may only provide enough power for one at a time...

or, yes, one of your generator breakers has tripped, though it may be hidden behind the generator cover and not exposed, like the main breaker is.... flip the main breaker on the generator and see if that makes any difference.

Make sure both 30amp breakers are on at the generator. Very important to allow one to start up and get running before trying to start the second one otherwise breaker may trip. Only bring one major electric load on at a time and give a min or two to settle back out.
