I'm sorry my mobile guy installed it as he had to switch back to original transfer switch so I didn't see him do it. Ironically the pro power looks identical I'm thinking progressive makes it as well

It didn't work for the other person on here, we are in essence the beta testers.

We installed and tested the 2nd replacement board in transfer switch today and it did NOT work either. With generator running air conditioner was turned on and as soon as compressor kicked on the Breakers chattered and arced and generator shut off.

I have had the breaker chatter and one Ac shut off but never the generator shut down. Generator shouldn't shut off with just a problem with transfer switch. Sounds like you have another issue as well

Per phone call with Cummins they feel like it is the transfer switch but Cummins is going to test the generator next week.

Unfortunately for those of us that use the mobile app, signatures aren't shown as they are on the web site. I've tried to put the same signatures in both applications but I can't get the mobile one to show up.

Update: Hopefully our generator problem is fixed. Took the coach to Cummins today for load test. On the first load test it worked fine , but fortunately when they called M back to show him the generator was working fine, the generator failed. Then it failed 2 more times. Turned out there was a burned up board in the generator. Don't know what caused this. They said it could have been caused by turning generator on while connected to shore power, or a lighting strike or power surge without the proper surge protector, or turning generator off while air conditioner was running. Would have been nice if the dealer had checked this out before we drove off into the wild blue yonder. Anyway one problem solved!! D
