Acme ezetow question

I purchased a used tow dolly to use with my Georgetown and am trying to find instructions for properly strapping down

This dolly has two points in front of the tire and two behind. The harness has three latches plus the fourth with the ratchet. My confusion is whether the ratchet goes on the inside or outside. Also there is a staps that moves up and down the tire...should that be low or high up on the tire.

Id appreciate any help or pictures of proper loading.

Pictures are great. I contacted the manufacturer but the said they didn't have directions and there website only shows new style.

Have any of you with this dolly had issues with the lights. Both driver side lights don't work on the dolly and the diagram shows they are on same feed as the right side. Would a bad bulb cause both lights to stop working?

Oh, I didn't mean to give you the impression that I have one of those. I snagged those pics off their website.
As for the bulbs, it might be possible I suppose that one could cause them both to stay dark. Easy to check. Just pull one, replace it, then do the other and see if anything improves.
