Adding second AC

On our most recent trip we wished that we had more than just one roof top AC unit. Has anyone added a second one. I know how to mount it and I know how to do the 110volt wiring.

My question is if anyone knows how the thermostat is wired. There are thermostat wires up there in the hole where the AC unit goes. But I don't know where the other end of that T-stat wire goes.

Contact Mike Burns at FR, he should be able to give you the location for the T-stat. I'm sure it's on a wall but they may tie it off behind a cabinet? Hopefully someone with a 350DS with 2 AC can give some assistance where their T-stat is located.

If you are using an Analog T-stat the wiring is

+7.5 - Red
Cool - Yellow
Fan Low - Orange
Fan - HI Blue
Ground - Black

Furnace is controlled by front t-stat only.

I have a 359ts and my rear AC t'stat is on the front bedroom wall above the bed and is covered by the headboard slide when in. It just controls the AC. The furnace is controlled by the front stat.
