I will know in about 3 weeks if I am going to sell. After owning it for 19 months we are considering taking our first "alone" trip to Destin. If there is much back seat driving on the trip it will go on the market immediately! Currently it has a little over 6000 miles and has been "babied".

I've been trying to sell my 2008 Georgetown XL 378TS with less than12,000 miles on it for a year now. Had it on craigslist, ebay about 3 or 4 times, I even had one of those RV site that advertize we'll get it sold, no luck yet, and I'll willing to take that 15 to 20k hit on it.
That's 15 to 20k less than what I owe on it. My sell price 69k I owe 89k
Mine does have a lot of ad on's that I put in, but New ones are selling for not much more.
Easy to buy, Hard to get rid of. You have to really be sure it's what you want before you buy. Good Luck

We soon will be in the market to purchase as retirement is almost here. Located in WV, where are you and what are your unit's stats? (price, etc.)

It has only 6,100 miles and 1 1/2 left on the Ford warranty. We have been on only one overnight trip in the 1 1/2 years we have owned. It is kept in a temperature controlled storage unit. Long story short, it has been a very expensive almost unused toy!! Also, any thoughts on an asking price? Thanks!
Might be interested in purchasing unit, live in WV. What price are you asking? Thanks

I live in Western KY. The unit is a 2011 378TS. I haven't set a price as yet. We will be taking it to Florida this weekend and stay for a couple of weeks. Depending on how that goes I will decide to sell or keep it. Currently it has 6,200 miles and very clean. Thanks for asking about it. When is your retirement date? The Ford warranty is good until October 2014.
